I find practicing the Tibetan Rites to be probably one of the more beneficial practices besides yoga, meditation and pranayama. Here is a link to a blog with links to information on how to do the rites correctly. Because the practice only takes 10 minutes out of a day, it is excellent for those with tight schedules.

I try and spend a little more time and do a bit of meditation and pranayama as well.
